‘Weirdo’ flips middle finger at car while wandering around Bishan carpark ‘suspiciously’

A Stomper was left puzzled after his in-car camera recorded a man behaving oddly in a multi-storey carpark at Block 152 Bishan Street 11.

According to Stomper Anonymous, a white convertible entered the carpark and a man alighted from the passenger side before the driver went off to park.
