SINGAPORE – A 22-year-old Nanyang Technological University (NTU) student was arrested on Nov 9 after he was filmed walking naked on campus.
A video circulating on social media platforms on Nov 11 shows the man walking on the pavement near a road, with a caption stating that this was recorded in NTU.
In response to The Straits Times’ queries, the police said that they received a call for assistance at about 10.15am on Nov 9 opposite 110 Nanyang Crescent, which is the address of NTU’s Sports & Recreation Centre.
