‘This is not goodbye’: Chee Soon Juan’s Orange & Teal closes


Orange & Teal, a cafe owned by Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) chief Chee Soon Juan and his wife, has announced its closure after more than four years of operations at Rochester Mall.

The move comes just over a year after the cafe’s second outlet in Marina Square shuttered in October 2024, citing rising costs.

In a Facebook post on Nov 10, the cafe said it had decided to “conclude (their) journey”.
