ROME, Nov 8 (Reuters) – The Group of Seven (G7) foreign ministers meeting in Paris on \u200cMonday and Tuesday will discuss recent \u200ccyber attacks suspected to have come from pro-Russian groups, Italian \u200bForeign Minister Antonio Tajani said on Sunday.<\/p>\n
\u2022 “(French) Foreign Minister (Jean-Noel) Barrot accepted my proposal to place the issue on the agenda, so tomorrow and the \u200cday after tomorrow \u2060we will be discussing it,” Tajani told a briefing at his ministry<\/p>\n
\u2022 \u2060On Saturday, the Italian minister said his personal data had been published on the dark \u200bweb by \u200bwhat he said were \u200bpro-Russian hackers, adding \u200cthat the move was linked to the Italian government’s support for Ukraine<\/p>\n
\u2022 He noted there had been “hybrid warfare” incidents across Europe but also in South America in the past days, and \u200cG7 countries will discuss possible \u200bjoint initiatives to counter them<\/p>\n
\u2022 \u200bTajani stopped \u200bshort of directly blaming the Russian \u200cgovernment for the cyber attacks<\/p>\n
\u2022 “I \u200bsaid the \u200bhackers are pro-Russian. I did not say that the Russian government is responsible. If \u200bI had \u200cproof of Russian government involvement, I would \u200bsay so”, he said<\/p>\n
