In the King Hamad Lecture to mark the launch of the Bahrain International Commercial Court less than two years after it was first conceived, Singapore\u2019s chief justice Sundaresh Menon described how such courts advance \u201cneutral justice\u201d and argued that they have a stronger claim to do so than arbitral tribunals.<\/p>\n
