{"id":98001,"date":"2026-11-07T02:16:03","date_gmt":"2026-11-06T18:16:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=98001"},"modified":"2026-11-07T02:16:03","modified_gmt":"2026-11-06T18:16:03","slug":"healthcare-billing-system-maintenance-for-nuhs-and-nhg-health","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=98001","title":{"rendered":"Healthcare billing system maintenance for NUHS and NHG Health"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"text-primary article-summary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">SINGAPORE \u2013 <!-- -->Patients of two of three healthcare clusters here will not be able to generate and pay their bills at hospital counters and self-service kiosks from 9pm on Nov 6 to 6am on Nov 9 because of scheduled maintenance downtime.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">But clinical services and patient care will continue as usual, and patients can use HealthHub, AXS machines and the healthcare clusters\u2019 apps to pay, said national healthtech agency Synapxe in a Facebook post on Nov 6.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The planned maintenance of the national billing system will affect the National University Health System (NUHS) and NHG Health, Synapxe added.
