{"id":97783,"date":"2026-11-05T22:56:58","date_gmt":"2026-11-05T14:56:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=97783"},"modified":"2026-11-05T22:56:58","modified_gmt":"2026-11-05T14:56:58","slug":"woman-linked-to-cambodia-based-scam-syndicate-prince-holding-group-arrested-at-changi-airport","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=97783","title":{"rendered":"Woman linked to Cambodia-based scam syndicate Prince Holding Group arrested at Changi Airport"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>SINGAPORE: A 44-year-old woman linked to transnational scam syndicate Prince Holding Group was arrested at Changi Airport on Thursday (Nov 5).<\/p>\n<p>Chen Xiuling, also known as Karen Chen, was arrested under a warrant issued in connection with ongoing investigations into the Cambodia-based group, the police said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p>The Singaporean will be charged in court on Friday with one count of instigating another person to falsify accounts and another of attempted cheating.<\/p>\n<p><span>Chen was a director of several Singapore-registered companies believed to be beneficially owned by Chen Zhi, the founder and chairman of Prince Holding Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>These include Skyline Investment Management and Capital Zone Warehousing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In September 2022, Skyline submitted a business plan and a false agreement to JTC Corporation for approval to take over the lease of a property, the police said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Chen allegedly instigated an officer of Capital Zone Warehousing to falsify the agreement with the intention to defraud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She is also believed to have submitted the false agreement in an attempt to cheat JTC Corporation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Investigations into the alleged fraud are ongoing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In March, police said a warrant had been issued for Chen&#8217;s arrest.
