It later extended the forecast to 3.30pm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) said that moderate to heavy thundery showers are expected over parts of Singapore in the afternoon for most of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/singapore\/environment\/lower-risk-of-transboundary-haze-affecting-singapore-due-to-onset-of-inter-monsoon-nea?ref=inline-article\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"gap-x-04 items-center inline text-primary-60 select-auto\" aria-label=\"link\" target=\"_blank\" data-testid=\"custom-link\"><span class=\"inline font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"typography-test-id\">the first two weeks of November<\/span><\/a>.
