SINGAPORE \u2013 Three more Singapore-registered companies potentially linked to regional fires that led to transboundary haze have agreed to cooperate with assessments by a specialist panel that will examine and hold such firms accountable.<\/p>\n
The three companies are Singapore Exchange-listed TSH Resources, Bumitama Agri and Kencana Agri.<\/p>\n
TSH Resources was not directly named in the notices issued by the National Environment Agency (NEA), but two of its Singapore-incorporated subsidiaries \u2013 TSH Global Plantation and TSH Oversea \u2013 were among the 10 companies that received them.<\/p>\n
The 10 companies are:<\/p>\n

Bumitama Agri<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Golden Agri International<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
First Resources<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Kencana Agri<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
TSH Global Plantation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
TSH Oversea<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Wilmar International<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
Representatives of these companies were issued notices under Singapore\u2019s Transboundary Haze Pollution Act. They were summoned for a closed-door meeting on Oct 28 <\/span><\/a>with Senior Minister K. Shanmugam, Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong and Minister for Sustainability and the Environment Grace Fu.<\/p>\n
