Having previously built games for adult learners, she wanted to continue her work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Her first event was co-organised by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cnalifestyle.channelnewsasia.com\/women\/khatija-aslam-moxy-women-workplace-issues-586011\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>Moxy<\/span><\/a><span>, a platform that drives structural change for women in the workplace, and Lean In Network, Singapore, a non-profit that connects women and empowers them to reach their career goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt spiralled from there \u2013 in a good way,\u201d she said. Of the 200 women in attendance, many were interested in bringing her to their organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe women\u2019s community was just so much easier for me to get into, even from a networking perspective, because they were very warm and open to having conversations and trying out new things,\u201d the 34-year-old told CNA Women.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The first two game sessions she ran were, coincidentally, women-centric. This became a \u201cniche\u201d for Hakopi and her portfolio grew from there.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>SKILLS FOR GETTING AHEAD IN THE WORKPLACE<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Datta\u2019s games come in two buckets. The first are \u201cgames that change the world\u201d. These aim to change the culture and how people work, tackling issues like belonging and allyship.
