Korean actor Kim Jae-young and his signature locks are back on screen in the currently airing romcom Make Me Tingle<\/em><\/span>, where he takes on the daring role of a sex toy entrepreneur.<\/div>\n

Since his 2013 acting debut, Kim has played a variety of brooding characters that take advantage of the lithe, imposing frame that helped him start in entertainment as a model.<\/p>\n

However, Kim was not initially aiming for a career in front of the camera. Rather, he harboured an ambition to be a chef and has said in interviews that it is the career he would likely have pursued had he not become an actor.<\/p>\n

Before beginning his military service in his early twenties, Kim did not have the lean physique he is known for today. During and after his time in the army, he gradually lost 30kg (66lbs). As he grappled with uncertainty about his future after his service, his father recommended he take up modelling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
