Repeat offenders are liable to a fine of up to S$20,000, a jail term of up to six years, or both.<\/p>\n<p>The offence of dangerous driving carries a fine of up to S$5,000 imprisonment for a term of up to one year, or both. Second-time offenders are liable to a fine of up to S$10,000, imprisonment for a term of up to two years, or both.
