She spoke to Andrew Sun.<\/em><\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">My diet is typically Chinese: home-cooked meals, rice, vegetables, steamed fish and soups. Nothing fancy, just everyday Cantonese food that shapes your palate without you noticing.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">That is probably why I gravitate towards simpler food rather than anything too elaborate. The modern teahouse reinterprets traditional tea culture with a contemporary approach, serving sparkling tieguanyin, cold teas and tea-based drinks alongside dumpling noodles and light bites such as rose cake.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">I also love <strong data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa17\">Kikusan<\/strong> (B13-B16, Landmark Atrium, 15 Queen\u2019s Road Central, Central. Tel: 2521 3344). It is a modern Japanese-Chinese spot, the kind of place where you can get everything from dim sum and ramen to sushi and rice bowls, all done well without fuss.
