A resident at Block 345 Yishun Ave 11 has had it with his neighbour’s lack of civic-mindedness after five years.<\/p>\n

Stomper Kane<\/b><\/span> said his neighbour obstructs the corridor with “untidy plants” and often burns incense there too.<\/p>\n

“He anyhow keeps plants along the corridor and purposely arranges them so that other residents will kena scratch,” Kane lamented. “It’s a hindrance to walk.”<\/p>\n

The Stomper shared photos of the mess, including a potted plant toppled on the ground, and added: “He does not keep the corridor clean. Is he expecting me to clean for him?<\/p>\n

“He also burns incense along the corridor until it’s so smoky, even at 2am.<\/p>\n

“I have made numerous reports to multiple parties, but there is no effect. It’s been more than five years.”<\/p>\n
