Smoke haze was also observed in parts of Kalimantan,\u201d the agency said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">\u201cSome showers are forecast over Singapore and parts of the surrounding region over the weekend. However, dry conditions are expected to continue over parts of southern Sumatra and parts of Kalimantan. Under the prevailing southeasterly or southwesterly winds, smoke haze may continue to drift towards Singapore.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The PSI readings at 6pm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/singapore\/haze-in-singapore-air-quality-across-island-remains-unhealthy-overnight?ref=inline-article\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"gap-x-04 items-center inline text-primary-60 select-auto\" aria-label=\"link\" target=\"_blank\" data-testid=\"custom-link\"><span class=\"inline font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"typography-test-id\">ranged from 135 in the north to 192 in the central part of Singapore<\/span><\/a>.
