What:<\/strong> Upper House is celebrating 16 years of hospitality as it hosts Manila\u2019s Toyo Eatery for a dinner, before CMYK co-founder Ethan Liu takes over in the Green Room for a guest shift after party. Named Asia\u2019s 16th best bar and based in Changsha, CMYK prioritises cocktails that are delicious and accessible, perfect for a celebration at one of the tallest dining rooms in the city.<\/p>\n
