According to Twitter user Amethxst, new icons and symbols may be added to the PS5 console and various PSN websites. These include a “PS5\/PC” icon that may be used to indicate which Sony-backed games are available on both platforms, such as Lost Soul Aside<\/em>. Additionally, a Cross-Buy icon was uncovered, though its purpose remains unclear as of this writing. Game Rant corroborated Amethxst’s claims with a screenshot taken on a PS5 at 8:30 PM Eastern on November 4.<\/p>\n Given that Sony’s competitor, Microsoft, offers a cross-buy option for PC and console games via the Xbox Play Anywhere program, the leaked “Cross-Buy” icon could indicate that Sony may consider a similar offer.
