After enjoying one last snowfall together on Wednesday (Sept 30), Snow City bid farewell to its last customers after 26 years.<\/p>\n
As the attraction closed its doors for the final time, staff tucked into a hotpot dinner before sharing tearful hugs, The Straits Times reported.<\/p>\n
Snow City also thanked customers for their support over the years.<\/p>\n
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, it wrote: “To everyone who ever bundled up in our oversized jackets, braved the -5 degree Celsius chill, slide down the ice slopes, or shared a warm laugh in our frozen wonderland \u2014 thank you.<\/p>\n
“Thank you for letting us be part of your childhood, your family tradition, your first date, and your happiest moment. You turned a Snow City into the warmest place in Singapore.”<\/p>\n
