If I loved even the strongest of blue cheeses and <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">stinky tofu<\/span>, surely I would have a good time at the exhibition.<\/div>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">Founded in Sweden in 2018, the museum went viral through a mixture of grotesque fascination and cultural pushback, as critics questioned the fairness of labelling traditional foods \u2013 such as <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">the Chinese century egg<\/span> \u2013 as \u201cdisgusting\u201d.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The museum established its current permanent location in Malmo, Sweden, in 2021.
