The response was overwhelming, says Louise Lui, the brand\u2019s Hong Kong-born co-founder.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cThere was already a queue forming outside 25 minutes before us selling,\u201d she says. \u201cAnd then I was just like, \u2018Oh my God, how do you know about us?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">When developing recipes for the pop-up, Lui and her French partner in life and business, Victor Selle, wanted something that would bridge cultures.
