Warner Bros. has pushed back DC’s Dynamic Duo and delayed Gremlins 3 by a whole year.<\/p>\n
Warner Bros. is preparing its 2028 slate, which has resulted in a couple of movies shifting their release dates around. An untitled Gremlins film, tentatively referred to as Gremlins 3, was set to release November 2027, but has been delayed a whole year to October 6, 2027. The news was accompanied by a new teaser, showing one of the titular creatures emerging from a backpack while mischeviously exclaiming, “Uh oh!”<\/p>\n
The new Gremlins will be directed by Chris Columbus, who wrote the original Gremlins and helmed classic films like Home Alone. Not much is known about the next film in the franchise, but it’s a project Columbus has pursued for over a decade. It will likely be a while longer before we get any more meaningful footage, given it’s now two years away from hitting theaters.<\/p>\n
