A 23-year-old man was taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital after he was involved in a two-car accident in Yishun on Wednesday (Sept 16) night.<\/p>\n
The incident happened at about 8.15pm along Yishun Ring Road.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A video of the incident posted by TikTok user Napzkki shows a black sport utility vehicle (SUV) that was rear-ended by a grey saloon car.<\/p>\n
The car behind is seen with significant damage to its bonnet and front bumper, which became partially dislodged after the accident. Its airbags also appear to have been activated during the accident.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, debris is seen scattered around the two vehicles, with two Traffic Police motorcycles used to divert traffic away from the affected vehicles.<\/p>\n

The Singapore Civil Defence Force and police told AsiaOne in separate statements that the 23-year-old male car driver was taken conscious to the hospital.<\/p>\n
The police added that a 33-year-old male car driver is assisting with ongoing police investigations.<\/p>\n
