The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)’s search-and-rescue unit Rescue 10 was activated on Saturday (Sept 12) to evacuate a person from a ship at sea to the Singapore General Hospital (SGH).<\/p>\n
In a Facebook post uploaded on Saturday, the RSAF shared that the H225M medium lift helicopter was employed to evacuate the person who needed “urgent medical attention”.<\/p>\n
“Our aircrew safely transferred the patient to SGH for further medical care. Another mission accomplished through precision, teamwork, and round-the-clock readiness.” the post said.<\/p>\n
