The spread goes from fresh seafood and succulent roasts to Singapore favourites, including popiah from Kway Guan Huat Joo Chiat Popiah, whose family has been handmaking popiah skins since 1938. And obviously, we saved room for dessert. That New York Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce deserved a visit of its own. \ud83c\udf70 Good food, gorgeous views and a completely refreshed space.
