The router in question is the ROG Rapture GT-BN98, and if\u00a0it looks familiar, it\u2019s because its styling is heavily based on the ROG Rapture GT-BE98. Before we talk about the router, it\u2019s necessary to understand what\u2019s new in Wi-Fi 8.<\/p>\n

At its heart, this is a quad-band Wi-Fi 8 router. The design mirrors the ROG GT-BE98, so it has 8 external antennae, a see-through section, and it\u2019s very large. This isn\u2019t a router that will slip into homes easily \u2013 you will need to make space for it.\u00a0<\/p>\n
