Liu blurs the line between food and fashion, and his growing influence extends well beyond the kitchen.<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">He walked the runway at <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">Herm\u00e8s<\/span>\u2019 spring\/summer 2024 menswear show in Shanghai and soon after became the first chef to partner with Nike for its \u201cYes, Chef!\u201d campaign, during which he wore the sportswear giant\u2019s C1TY trainers.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Now 33, Liu has emerged as one of China\u2019s most prominent figures in French-Chinese gastronomy.<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">He recently opened a new restaurant, Ling Yun, near Beijing\u2019s <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">Forbidden City<\/span>.
