He was subsequently pronounced dead at scene by <!-- -->a<!-- --> <!-- -->Singapore Civil Defence Force <!-- -->paramedic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The 25-year-old man was later arrested by the police, <!-- -->and p<!-- -->reliminary investigations revealed that both parties are known to each other.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The offence of murder carries the death penalty.
