Helmed by Levi You, winner of the Michelin Guide Fujian\u2019s Young Chef Award in its inaugural 2025 edition, Hokkien House puts a contemporary take on Fujian\u2019s coastal and mountainous flavours.<\/p>\n

The menu transforms classic regional ingredients, homestyle traditions and street foods into refined dishes, including pan-fried oyster cake with pickled radish and oyster soup, Fuzhou drunken pork ribs, and mangrove mud crab glutinous rice.<\/p>\n
