On Friday, August 28, Wagyu Yakiniku Jun is hosting a \u201cGolden Cut\u201d Wagyu Challenge for meat lovers across Hong Kong at 7.30pm.<\/p>\n

At Wagyu Yakiniku Jun\u2019s branches in Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay, guests can observe the chef\u2019s knife skills up close, while each table has one opportunity to guess the weight of a special \u201cGolden Cut\u201d of A5 Wagyu. The table that guesses the exact or closest weight will receive the entire portion of beef.<\/p>\n
