A small fire broke out at York Hotel Singapore on Monday (August 24) morning, with one guest suffering an ankle injury during the evacuation.<\/p>\n
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to a fire at the hotel located at 21 Mount Elizabeth at about 4am.<\/p>\n
The fire involved the contents of a kitchen on the second floor and was extinguished by SCDF using a fire extinguisher.<\/p>\n
