Property agent films tearful farewell between neighbours of 23 years, says they were like family<\/h2>\n

Two neighbours tearfully embraced in a farewell, as one of them moved out after 23 long years together, as seen in a recent viral video.<\/p>\n

Describing them as close like sisters, the property agent also became emotional at the scene.<\/p>\n

Video of neighbours saying farewell after 23 years goes viral<\/h3>\n

41-year-old property agent Gina Khazali, also known as \u2018Agent G\u2019, posted the video of the goodbye<\/a> on 24 Aug.<\/p>\n

It rapidly gained more than 859,000 views and 69,700 likes at press time.<\/p>\n

Gina told MS News<\/em> that the incident happened recently in the west side of Singapore.<\/p>\n

She was the property agent for the final handover of the unit of her client, whom she called \u2018makcik\u2019 in the video\u2019s text.<\/p>\n

While they were preparing to leave, her client\u2019s neighbour, whom she called \u2018aunty\u2019, came over to say goodbye. She said:<\/p>\n

They had been neighbours for 23 years, and suddenly both of them started crying and hugging each other.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Aunty gave snacks to neighbour\u2019s grandchildren<\/h3>\n

Gina managed to capture the spontaneous moment on video.<\/p>\n

She described them as being very comfortable with each other, sharing thoughts and complaints. Her client would even prepare dishes that she knew her neighbour would like. Gina said:<\/p>\n

They were very close\u2026almost like sisters.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The makcik\u2019s grandchildren would also visit the neighbour\u2019s home for snacks and fruits.<\/p>\n
