A brand-new trailer for the game\u2019s Mayhem Collection DLC will be shown exclusively during IGN\u2019s gamescom Studio programming this coming Wednesday, August 26. <\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">The game, from TT Games and Warner Bros. Games, released this past May. <u>According to our review<\/u> it features \u201ca strong open-world Gotham and trademark Lego slapstick humour (powering) a fantastic plastic parody of Batman\u2019s greatest hits.&#8221; The Mayhem Collection DLC comes out September 18 and is included for players who purchased the LEGO Batman&#8217;s Deluxe Edition. <\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">According to LEGO, the Mayhem Collection features \u201cThe Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters, each with their own abilities and gadgets, along with a new story mission, new Mayhem Mode, new outfits for the original playable characters, new Batcave items, and a new Batmobile.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">In addition to a new trailer, IGN\u2019s gamescom programming will feature a deep-dive interview with LEGO Batman\u2019s Lead Designer Tim Spence and and Advanced Designer Chris Payne, who will be on hand to break down what players can expect when the DLC launches in a few weeks. <\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">Fans can catch both the trailer and the interview close to the beginning of IGN\u2019s gamescom Studio Wednesday broadcast at 6am PT \/ 9am ET \/ 3pm CEST on August 26. <\/p>\n<p><output class=\"box-wrapper jsx-2673806401\" data-cy=\"article-slideshow\"><button type=\"button\" style=\"display:none\" class=\"jsx-2228525885\"\/><span data-cy=\"slideshow-view-trigger\"><\/p>\n<div data-cy=\"slideshow-preview\" class=\"jsx-1711207865 slideshow-preview\">\n<h3 class=\"title5 jsx-62124236 jsx-1085005187\" data-cy=\"slideshow-preview-title\">Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight &#8211; DC Comics References<\/h3>\n<div data-cy=\"slideshow-images-container\" class=\"jsx-1711207865 images-container\"><button type=\"button\" data-cy=\"hero-image\" aria-label=\"Open Slideshow\" class=\"jsx-1711207865 hero-image\"><img alt=\"No Batman game is worth its salt without a multitude of DC Comics Easter eggs, and Legacy of the Dark Knight is full of them.
