Another person was assessed for minor injuries but declined to be taken to hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The police<!-- --> <!-- -->added that the woman, who<!-- --> was driving the car,<!-- --> was arrested for careless driving causing death, and is assisting with ongoing police investigations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-primary font-tertiary-body-baseline-regular\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">A video of the accident\u2019s aftermath, which was posted on TikTok, shows<!-- --> <!-- -->three paramedics at the scene.
