Stepping back, she takes a sip of a drink and raises her hands as she \u201ctransfers\u201d her \u201csuay-ness\u201d \u2014 Hokkien for unluckiness \u2014 to the customer.<\/p>\n
\u201cTravelled 16 hours to come here. Tomorrow travel another 16 hours go back. Just for you to play,\u201d Eng adds.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe already set the rules clear. If you don\u2019t want to buy, then don\u2019t buy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Customer apparently did not cancel order<\/h2>\n
Heng continues hurling insults directed at the customers, calling them \u201cperverts\u201d and \u201cmotherf*ckers\u201d.<\/p>\n
In the live comment section, a TikTok user who goes by @jenjen.1 apologised, saying that they \u201calways buy\u201d from them, but that this was an exception.<\/p>\n
Having seemingly spotted the comment, Heng says that she knew that jenjen.1 was a long-time customer, and she was \u201cdisappointed\u201d with what happened.<\/p>\n
Later, Heng acknowledges that the customer no longer wanted to cancel the order after she called them out, but was adamant that they should have cancelled earlier if they wanted to.<\/p>\n
