1. Floating Gong Bath with Malbert Lee<\/h3>\n

This Saturday you can enjoy a sound healing session with Malbert Lee, a sound alchemist and yoga teacher. Organised by Tune In Wellness, the session is designed to help people relax, de-stress and release blocked energy.<\/p>\n

The event will begin with a brief talk explaining the advantages of sound vibrations, followed by the application of essential oils to enhance the experience. The session then transitions to sound healing with gongs, singing bowls and other instruments.<\/p>\n

During the session, guests can rest in \u201cantigravity hammocks\u201d or cushions on the floor. Comfortable clothes are recommended, while nylon, zips and perfumes with strong scents should be avoided.<\/p>\n
