Hotal Colombo in SoHo is serving up a farewell menu through July 31, giving diners another chance to dive into chef Gizzy\u2019s Sri Lankan signatures before the doors close for good. Inspired by the casual \u201chotals<\/em>\u201d of Colombo, the menu stays true to the spirit of island hospitality with karis, hoppers and kothus, all served with the restaurant\u2019s warm, welcoming energy that makes everyone feel at home.<\/p>\n
