Players can customize their armor<\/strong> appearance <\/strong>in Palworld <\/em>following March 2025\u2019s update v0.50, which also introduced crossplay and the Global Palbox.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The cosmetic armor system will allow you to change the appearance of your armor without affecting any of its stats.<\/p>\n However, the system does come with its own limitations \u2014 such as not being able to change the color of your armor pieces, and only being able to change your armor\u2019s appearance to that of another armor piece in your inventory.<\/p>\n The cosmetic armor system can be a little confusing and hard to find, so here\u2019s how to customize your armor appearance in Palworld<\/em><\/strong> <\/em>with the cosmetic armor system.<\/p>\n Update (July 21)<\/strong>: We’ve updated this guide with the changes made in Palworld<\/em> 1.0.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To customize your armor appearance in Palworld<\/em> with the cosmetic armor system, you\u2019ll need an Antique Dresser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n An Antique Dresser can be unlocked at level 22 for one ancient technology point<\/strong>, and built with 20 wooden boards<\/strong>, 20 fiber<\/strong>, and 30 stone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Once you have an Antique Dresser, get close to it and select the \u201cEdit Character Outfit\u201d<\/strong> option. In this menu, you\u2019ll be able to edit the appearance of your head, body, and glider equipment.<\/p>\n If you want your equipment appearance to be modeled after a specific armor piece, you\u2019ll need to have the armor in your inventory<\/strong> before interacting with the Antique Dresser. For example, if you want your armor to look like Pelt Armor, you\u2019ll need a Pelt Armor in your inventory.<\/p>\n After you\u2019ve set your equipment appearance, this is what your character will look like from now on \u2014 even if you change your equipment.
