braek room just opened up, and after seeing how adorable their drinks are, I haddd to go down!! Strawberry Matcha Latte – First of all, got this mainly for the presentation HAHAHAA, but was quite surprised to see it was a really solid drink as well?? Definitely a more vegetal matcha blend that was very smooth + could barely detect any astringency. Since it was cold-whisked with oat milk, there is this interesting soya-bean almost flavour too which I quite liked. Their housemade strawberry puree added some nice bright sweetness but wasn’t overwhelmingly tart. The optional sea salt foam ontop added this slightly salty creaminess that rounded everything out. Def get this! Banana Cinnamon Hojicha – Really enjoyed how well they layered the banana notes in this – you get the deep sugar banana puree depth, with a light banana cold foam ontop. Enjoyed that the cinnamon wasn’t too overpowering, just enough to give it some warmth. The hojicha however got quite lost in the drink, it just drowned in the ocean of banana hahahaha. Was a good banana drink but it wouldn’t really satisfy your hojicha cravings!
