He spoke to Andrew Sun.<\/em><\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">I am from Bordeaux, and I grew up eating a lot of game, including duck. Bordeaux is famous for this and lots of seafood. My parents had an Italian friend who would visit a lot, so I also ate a lot of home-made Italian food. These are my two biggest influences.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">For a fast lunch, I go to <strong data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa17\">Spiga<\/strong> (3\/F, LHT Tower, 31 Queen\u2019s Road Central, Central. Tel: 2871 0055). The Italian lunch buffet is a no-brainer. It is very tasty and healthy with very fresh produce, and you can also add a main course. It is one of the best deals for lunch, and you are always well taken care of.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">My brunch choices come down to two places. <strong data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa17\">Francis West<\/strong> (42-44 Peel Street, Central. WhatsApp: 9039 0969) is where I often end up. You can keep ordering from the menu, and everything is shareable. The wine selection is great. I love Middle Eastern-style food, so I love the place. Tel: 2521 1303). The view is one of the best, and the space is huge. You might have to queue, but the food is really good. There is a wide choice, whether you\u2019re ordering \u00e0 la carte or chasing down the <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">dim sum carts<\/span>.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">For an even more local experience, I would go to <strong data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa17\">Kamcentre Roast Goose<\/strong> (1\/F, South China Athletic Association, 88 Caroline Hill Road, Causeway Bay. Tel: 3580 2938). The goose is absolutely divine, and I love the setting. You can go bowling at the South China Athletic Association\u2019s bowling alley before or after you eat. And the restaurant has a hidden menu that is worth trying.
