Ease into the weekend with 67 on Hollywood\u2019s recently updated wine wall. The concept by wine-centric private members\u2019 club 67 Pall Mall is giving Hong Kong\u2019s oenophiles a rare, limited-time sneak peek into the club\u2019s members-only Black Book collection of wines. The wall features 67 bottles across four chapters: Terroir & Tension, Depth & Opulence, Silk & Precision, and Power & Conviction.<\/p>\n

The first two comprise white wines: the 2022 Sancerre La C\u00f4te, Gerard Boulay, has a precise minerality and represents the Loire Valley terroir, while the 2023 Domaine Muxin Chardonnay hails from Yunnan and brings complexity from the region\u2019s high altitude.<\/p>\n

The latter two categories are represented by red wines. The 2022 Antonio Quari, Ladoix, Les Briquottes, Cuv\u00e9e Lou is a pinot noir brimming with notes of fresh berries and silky tannins, while the 1998 Ch\u00e2teau Figeac blends cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot equally to produce dark fruit and cedar notes.<\/p>\n
