We visited Greenwood Fish Market for their 14th World Oyster Festival and went straight for the 16-piece Oyster Tasting Platter ($119.95), featuring 8 different pairs handpicked by the chef. What made it even more special was getting to try oysters that are exclusive to Greenwood Fish Market and specially flown in for the festival during July and August: \u2022 Amuse de Z\u00e9lande \u2022 Aquanostra \u2022 Pearls of Ireland \u2022 Umami They also have these exclusive varieties available all year round: \u2022 Krystale Sp\u00e9ciale N.1 \u2022 Krystale Sp\u00e9ciale N.3 We&#8217;re definitely not oyster experts (our tasting notes were all over the place \ud83d\ude02), but it was amazing how different each oyster tasted. Some were extra creamy, some were sweeter, while others had a cleaner, brinier finish.
