The order has since been refunded, and disciplinary action has been taken against the personnel involved. The incorrect proof of delivery photo also did not result in any issues for the neighbouring resident.<\/p>\n “We are working with our delivery partner to improve compliance with our delivery procedures, including reinforcing these standards with its delivery personnel. Customers who encounter missing parcels are encouraged to report them.
