Singapore ministers, members of the diplomatic corps, and the public paid tribute at the Royal Thai Embassy\u2019s Book of Condolences<\/em><\/h4>\n

The Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore opened a Book of Condolences at the Embassy Chancery from 16 to 19 June 2026 to honour the memory of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita. The initiative provided an opportunity for government representatives, members of the diplomatic community, and the public to pay their respects and express condolences.<\/p>\n

During the condolence period, Mrs. Waraphannee Damrongmanee, Ambassador-Designate of Thailand to Singapore, welcomed Singapore government representatives who visited the Embassy to sign the Book of Condolences. Among them were Minister for Sustainability and the Environment and Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, Grace Fu, and Minister for Manpower and Minister-in-charge of Energy and Science and Technology, Tan See Leng, who attended on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore.<\/p>\n

The two ministers conveyed their deepest condolences to the people of Thailand and paid tribute to the late Princess\u2019s lifelong dedication to public service and her efforts to support underprivileged communities. Their visit reflected the close ties and mutual respect shared between Singapore and Thailand.<\/p>\n

Throughout the four-day period, members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the Thai community, and members of the public in Singapore visited the Embassy to sign the Book of Condolences and honour the memory of Her Royal Highness. The steady stream of visitors demonstrated the broad respect and recognition accorded to her contributions and public service.<\/p>\n
