Terrible Baby is welcoming Sora from Rosewood Phnom Penh for a one-night-only takeover. Last year, Sora became the first bar in Cambodia to crack Asia\u2019s 50 Best Bars\u2019 51-100 list \u2013 appearing at No 65 \u2013 while also winning the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award. The bar is known for marrying Japanese aesthetic precision with local Cambodian produce.<\/p>\n

Led by director of bars Jonas Vittur, the pop-up will showcase sophisticated pours that incorporate distinctive regional staples. The Hokusai blends Widges London dry gin, celebrated Kampot pepper and aromatic kaffir lime leaf with genmaicha and umami notes of seaweed, while the Cherry Lady Punch combines cherry (blossom, wine and reduction), Tried & True vodka, dark chocolate, cashew and yogurt.<\/p>\n
