GYUKATSU \ud83d\ude0d from @Gyusei Gyukatsu Steakhouse who are the first halal certified gyukatsu outside of Japan! \ud83d\ude4c\ud83c\udffb Gyukatsu is essentially katsu beef strips- coated in breadcrumbs, like katsu chicken! \ud83e\udd69 This whole experience was actually amazing- the gyukatsu just needs to be cooked for a few seconds on either side. You can then eat it with the multiple spices, sauces and kimchi around the plate \ud83e\udd24 You can also dip it in some runny egg and cook it like that \ud83e\udd5a It\u2019s served alongside unlimited miso soup, rice and cabbage \ud83c\udf5a We also tried their Mentaiko mayo fries & XL Hyogo oysters \ud83e\uddaa My fave dish overall was defo the gyukatsu!
