BAHAN: 1 GULUNG MIE LEBAR (MEE POK) BAKSO IKAN TUMIS AYAM CINCANG BAWANG GORENG DAUN BAWANG    BAHAN SAUS: 1 SDM CHILI OIL 1 SDM SAUS TOMAT 1 SDM KECAP ASIN 1 SDM MINYAK BAWANG 1 SDM MINYAK AYAM CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Rebus mie lebar dan bakso ikan selama sekitar 1-2 menit. 2. \u200bSiapkan wadah dan campur bahan-bahan berikut untuk membuat saus mie: chili oil, saus tomat, kecap asin, minyak bawang, dan minyak lemak ayam lalu aduk rata.   3. \u200bSetelah matang, campur mie ke dalam wadah racikan saus yang telah di siapkan lalu aduk hingga rata. 4. Pindahkan mie ke mangkuk saji, beri topping tumisan ayam cincang, bakso ikan, bawang goreng dan irisan daun bawang. Jika suka pedas boleh tambahkan sambal sesuai selera dan kuah kaldu ayam sebagai pelengkap. 5.
