The funding from will support AI talent development, governance frameworks, and enterprise AI deployment.<\/strong><\/p>\n Singtel<\/a> will receive up to $28m from Digital Industry Singapore to support the first phase of a multi-year AI transformation programme.<\/p>\n The funding will help Singtel strengthen its AI capabilities across talent development and hiring, governance and technology frameworks, and enterprise advisory and implementation expertise.<\/p>\n The initiative forms part of a strategic partnership between Singtel Group and Digital Industry Singapore to accelerate AI transformation across Singtel\u2019s businesses.<\/p>\n Singtel Singapore is integrating AI across customer engagement, network operations, and enterprise services to improve responsiveness, efficiency, and resilience.<\/p>\n In customer care, AI will support agents and customers through real-time assistance, intelligent routing, and conversational AI.<\/p>\n Singtel said the first phase will focus on developing an AI-native telco roadmap, deploying agentic AI and AI\/ML capabilities, building AI-native talent, establishing a trusted AI operating model, and creating reusable AI solutions and deployment playbooks.<\/p>\n Singtel has already trained around 13,000 employees in Singapore.
