They established the man\u2019s identity through extensive follow-up investigations and arrested him on June 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">The man will be charged with the offence of <a class=\"text-primary-brand no-underline hover:underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stomp.sg\/trending-now\/man-who-allegedly-groped-another-man-among-5-charged-molestation?ref=inline-article-9159245\" target=\"_blank\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"noopener\">outrage of modesty<\/a> in certain circumstances under <a class=\"text-primary-brand no-underline hover:underline\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sso.agc.gov.sg\/Act\/PC1871?ProvIds=pr354-\" target=\"_blank\">Section 354A(1)<\/a> of the Penal Code 1871.
