Their new menu reflects Head Chef Sanggil Byeon\u2019s journey back to his Korean roots, featuring prized Korean cattle alongside Namul (Korean-style seasoned vegetables). \u27b0 The experience begins with a quartet of snacks, including the signature Yukhwae Jeon, and new creations like Leek &#038; Doenjang, Karae Chicken Tart, and Nokcha Guksu.
