It is naked \u2013 genitals obscured \u2013 with plaster-like skin, and is hairless and cloudy-eyed. It is not just physically crude but verbally vulgar and provocative.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">This abrasive persona may well be Taiwan\u2019s answer to other groundbreaking animated avatars, such as the futuristic clones by Lu Yang and Wong Ping\u2019s childlike \u2013 yet adult in content \u2013 constructs.<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">Li, who was born in Taipei in 1989, voices the digital gremlin, which also appeared in an earlier work at the 2023 Taipei Biennial and at the <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">\u201cStay Connected: Navigating the Cloud\u201d<\/span> exhibition in Hong Kong in 2025.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The mouthy avatar is letting rip inside the Palazzo delle Prigioni, a 16th century former prison in Venice.
